Tanned and back from a well-deserved vacation in Portugal and ready to get back into my lifts, so I thought maybe I'd start with you?
I'm a 34 year old East Asian male living & working in downtown Toronto. A healthcare provider by day, gamer by night. I'm 160lbs, 5'8 and fit. I like to hit the gym in the morning, switched to a full-body program; and I'm looking for somebody to do some fun cardio with/in ;)
