The title is a good summary of it. Ideally we start respectful of each other and speak like adults to each other, otherwise it won't work in the long run. We both approach this like adults, if you have needs you need satisfied, we make this a mutal thing. We start talking, meet for coffee a few times, respect each other's working schedules and personal lives/situations and then when we are comfortable we ease into the benefits portion. If we go more than that, it's up for us to decide. Cut it off? We talk like adults about it. Plain and simple.
