Are you free this weekend and interested in going on a fun winter inspired date? You've come to the right place! I'm stuck in a rut and need a bit of motivation to get out of the house. Maybe you do too?
Here's some preliminary ideas for dates:
- test out a fresh cup of java from a non-chain (caveat: must be decaf-friendly past noon)
- take-out food from a local gem
- watch Saltburn or Priscilla in theatres
- find a free or almost free comedy show and have a laugh or two
- Snakes and Lattes for some games
- take a long walk to nowhere in particular
- see an art exhibit
I'm very open to ideas, so please suggest away!
A little about me. I'm white, blonde hair, blue eyes, average weight/height (meaning not underweight or overweight). I'm enthusiastic and nerdy. I really dig my job. I enjoy smaller, more intimate hangouts. I like standup/sketch comedy, music, trivia, bar karaoke, pool, baseball, hockey, movies, board games, Magic the Gathering (although I also played Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh!), video games (trying to finish Breath of the Wild), reading non-fiction (reading Britney's book), and trying new places across the city (I was a Yelp Elite in 2021).
My ideal candi-date is someone I've got a bit in common with:
- 25-40
- Free this weekend
- Healthy enough to go for a long walk
- Working full-time
- Living in the City of Toronto and not with immediate family
- Common interests (see above)
If you're interested in meeting up this weekend based on this post, I'd love to hear a little about you, when you're free, and what you'd like to do on our first date. Looking forward to hearing from you!
