To those of you who reached out, thank you so much! I had a wonderful time sharing my passion and I really appreciate your dedication, attentiveness, and interest that you've given me. I had a lovely time and I greatly value your time and company.
For anyone who has yet to see one of my posts, I offer private sessions wherein I teach you how to make pasta from scratch. Not only do I bring the materials and equipment, I make my own batch alongside you and guide you through the process. I'm by no means a professional chef, but doing this is a passion of mine.
If you are interested in a session, please read one of my previous posts. In there you'll see what do and what I bring, and you'll see what is required of you (having a sink, stove, etc.).
If you are interested feel free to message me. I have openings Tuesday, Wednesday, and potentially Thursday. Give me a bit of detail about yourself, why you're interested, what you want to make, any allergies, etc. It's all in my previous posts.
To answer the most common questions I'm asked:
1) I'm not Italian 2) I'm not a professional chef 3) I do not own or work at a restaurant 4) I do this as a passion (and to eat) 5) I like to meet people and chat
Have a wonderful week and to everyone who has this civic holiday off - enjoy it!
