Me: 6'2" caucasian male who has been making pasta as a hobby for a few years. I do it from scratch - flour, eggs, oil, and whatever ingredients I may require for filling if I'm making something like ravioli or tortellini something. I make the sauce myself - depending on the season and available tomatoes and vegitables, it can be a toamto base, vegetable base, or something entirely different. I have been cooking for close to 25 years and I know my way around a kitchen. Everything I make is fresh and I put in the utmost care. I can make vegetarian/vegan options or meat dishes depending on dietary requirement. I DO NOT do gluten free unfortunately. It's not discrimination against people with celiac, I just don't like to make it.
You: female, any ethnicity, appreciate home made food, you want to learn how to make pasta, you're interested in food, flavors, and exciting dishes you've either never tried before - or - you're looking to recapture a taste of something you haven't had in a long time. You like to converse, you like to share your history, and you enjoy a good meal and company. Most important, you take care of yourself and you're confident in who you are. If you are interested in having a bit of fun, it may be something we can arrange (that has to be discussed first).
Details of the session: We discuss prior to, what you would like for me to prepare from a series of dishes I feel confident enough to prepare for someone else. I buy the groceries and I bring the equipment. The way it works is, I show up, I prepare a dough ball from scratch then let it sit for 30 minutes to an hour. During this time we can talk, play games, or whatever. Once the dough is ready, I will roll it out, cut it up, make it into whatever it is that I'm making, then I'll boil it, sauce it, and plate it.
The only thing you require to have is:
1) a sink (preferably a double sink but a single, standard sink, is totally fine),
2) an easily accessible garbage can (I'm very particular about sorting food waste as I cook)
3) a counter space for me to place a wood dough board
4) a stovetop with at least 2 burners
5) plates and cutlery
I am not some kind of iron chef that prepares food for celebrities or some culinary master - I am a guy who cooks, enjoys cooking, and wants to share this with someone else. If you have friends and you think they might want to join, that is okay too. Just tell me in advance and I will be sure to bring enough to prepare.
If you want a wine pairing with it, I can provide the wine (if you want some high end stuff, we'll work something out).
It goes without saying, this is a mobile service and you are required to host. Clutter stresses me out so please ensure you have a clean work surface/place to eat.
If this is something you may be interested in, send me a dm with some details about yourself, what you want me to prepare, and what activities you have planned to kill time while the dough rests (it does not have to be overtly sexual, however it will determine who I select). In the dm, tell me if you want a 1 on 1 session, a group session with friends, and a photo to verify yourself so I don't walk into an organ harvesting operation, or accidentally sell myself into slavery.
If you want something exquisite, plated like you're at a fancy restaurant, I can try. If you want something homemade and delicious, you bet your sweet ass I can do it.
