I'm one hour into their estimated arrival time.... outlook is not so good. So if I am going to be stuck waiting why not chat with someone interesting, preferably local, with some common interests and see where things can go?
I'm 5'7 with an average build, dark hair, blue eyes, single, a bit of a geek and I work a wonky schedule in the restaurant industry. I've been cooking for 19 years and managing for much of that time. I am a lover of good food, quick food, cheap food.... basically all food so long as it is made well and tastes good. I drink a lot of tea at home and a LOT of coffee at work. I don't smoke cigarettes but do enjoy a toke now and then though edibles are my most common vice these days. And a few drinks are always nice to loosen up.
When I am at home I can be found playing various games, watching or rewatching TV shows, movies, or reading random articles (this is reddit after all) or cracking open a novel. If I am out I could be trying a new bar, restaurant, wandering a museum, catching a movie, seeing some live music, stand up comedian, bowling, shooting pool and the list goes on.. though I am very much a homebody. I also enjoy trips to the casino, I am a fan of playing poker, and to kill time roulette is good too.
If weather is nice and the sun is shining a walk in the park, drive up north, weekend getaway at a cottage to have a relaxing time by the lake or in the forest, taking a hike or sitting in a boat fishing are all fantastic as well.
