20f4a has anyone exeprienced kundalini rising?

Hey everyone! First time poster, I know this is a weird place for this but I figured I'd give it a shot,
I've never been a spiritual person but recently I had an indescribable experience that (after some heavy googling) I think was an experience of kundalini rising. It's a little scary and really exciting but the reason for this post is I'm hoping to meet someone in mtl whose experienced in these kinds of things to help kind of guide me through what I'm feeling. If no one answers that's fine but I thought I'd give it a shot!
