I have been practicing naked meditation as a form of self healing. Back in 2021 I joined an in person meditation camp in Rishikesh. Stayed in the ashram and learned the art of naked meditation. It helped me connect with myself again and I want to give it back to people who are not bothered being naked physically or emotionally.
My goals is to form my small group of people to forget about your chaos every weekend and mediate together
