M4F Does this community really work for young man (20s)?

As the title says, I was asking my self if this concept is really working since anyone can pretend to be a female(since there are way more males horny online) to kidnap/gain money from it. To be honest, I have 3 or 4 hookup opportunities when there was Omegle but I didn't take them since I was scared of that and also if the girl has any disease.
With that being said, I hope someone might help me awnser this question of safety in here 😅
