A few years ago I got into meditation (breath/mindfulness) and found it really beneficial as far as feeling calm, being in touch with myself, and building better connections with my friends, family etc. Over the last few years I've really fallen off in terms of frequency so I'm looking for friends I can share my interest with to hopefully keep us both engaged in it! Everything is more fun with friends 😇
My current thought is like a meditation friend date sort of similar to how grabbing coffee with a friend or going to a yoga class together works. Like meet somewhere public chat for a bit, find a yoga studio or other space where it's quiet and we can meditate and then go about our day!
