Hey there, good to see ya, come on in. I've been trying to figure out how to write a blurb that's catchy, fun, and makes you want to know more about me, but damn it's difficult. I can't not make it sound and feel like a job application. Oh well, here goes.

I'm a 33 year old fella from Indiana who feels like they've just restarted their life, and would love to have someone to help me write the next chapter. I don't do drugs (but don't mind if you occasionally burn the devil's lettuce,) I quit nicotine this year, and only occasionally drink. I'm the chunky sort, I have a bit more than a dad bod but I've been getting my life back on track, so I'm balls deep in the process of losing weight and am absolutely shedding the pounds. I think of myself as a diamond in the rough who's starting to polish up nicely, and every day I try to improve some piece of me. I started a new career at the end of November after owning a business for 12 years, so I'm re-learning what it's like to have hobbies and a life. It's a slow process.

Some things I do currently enjoy are mostly nerd activities. I play D&D every week, I have more books than common sense, and enough classic rock records to start a radio station. I've recently gotten back in to fishing and am having a blast with it, and I've picked bowling back up as well. I'm gearing up to buy a new vehicle soon, so I think some road trips and exploring are on the horizon. I don't play as many video games as I used to, but I still play Runescape and a couple games are coming out this year that I've been waiting on for a long time (I play on PC.)

I'm looking for someone to explore life with. Someone who loves comfortable silence with each other as much as random off the wall conversations, or sometimes running away for a couple day adventure. I find most things in life hilarious (seriously, my humor goes from childish to fucked up,) so someone with an easy sense of humor is my perfect person. I'm always looking at long term goals, so I need someone to reign me in and remember to live for today as well. Our hobbies and likes don't have to match, but I'd love someone to play games with or even just backseat game, Discord voice calls while watching the same movie, and other cheesy things. I absolutely adore teasing each other and good natured mocking. Food is my love language, and so is corny gifts. Mostly I'm just looking for a best friend.
