40 [M4F] Wisconsin North of MKE - looking for a friend with similar interests

I am happily married with two children, so I'm not looking for FWB. Why a F you ask? I have several M friends of various ages and we love to get together and enjoy bourbon and cigars from time to time. It would be great to add some diversity to my friend pool.
My interests:
- PC or Console gaming, sandbox or rts generally. My guilty pleasure is Sims4.
- I mountain bike in the spring until fall. I curl from fall until spring.
- I enjoy hiking the trails around my small city north of MKE.
- Working from home I set my own schedule but, mornings are for work, early afternoons are for play. I can be flexible depending on the day/activity.
- Music for me is diverse, 90's is my jam. Female pop music is my guilty pleasure, Demi, Taylor, Arianna, Olivia, Jax, you get the picture.
- Bourbon tasting, my 20 bottle collection is diverse.
- Trying new restaurants. Hanging at a bar all day is not my thing.
- A workout partner would be fun, I need to trim down this typical WI dad bod.
The ideal friend would be someone who has similar interests as to what I listed above. The outdoorsy type would be a good match.
