I’m single and although I’m not a fan of it, I’m no longer trying to skip past certain portions of life. I’m finally feeling my youth but…age is just a number. In my ideal situation, I would be taken on dates by interesting men at interesting places. Not necessarily a Hell’s Kitchen or Alinea, but a coffee shop where he knows all the baristas. Some place he truly goes. I am afraid of sounding shallow, the end goal is wifedom, but why rush?

I have now grown to be very cautious about age gaps since they can go very, very awry fast. I’ve dated a couple men way older than me and while I definitely enjoyed them, there were problems.

Such is life. I have an elastic heart.

A couple of random things to help you get a taste of my personality: Coffee order: cafe miel with no cinnamon, oat milk. Iced. I don’t like hot drinks. My favorite things to be called are “dear”, “miss”, and “sweetheart”. Don’t abuse that.. I don’t like sushi as much as I should. No, I’m not sure what that means. Sex carries the energy of positive agony. I don’t let go until danger. I have sharp teeth. I am the sand in the bottom half of the hour glass. Pb J is a fact of life. I like visual art but suck at it. I’m not into horoscopes, but I do put some weight in vitamins and supplements.

I have been obsessed with Leonard Cohen as of late. Every single person is unique to me. I am the space between wanting to be a tank and wanting to be a “little lady”. I see echos of those that I love in the souls of the people I get to know. I have a knack for talking to strangers. I remember everything. I’m a young bartender. I think wait staff should always wear a uniform of some kind. I love structure. I wish I could do the splits. Red velvet cake is a joke.

The long game notes - College and education come first for me, I won’t put my education on hold to suddenly get married or something like that. I am free on Saturday afternoons most often and don’t have a car to travel far. It’s an ambitious limit, but I don't know what could happen!

Experience: I have a lot of experience with older men, my brothers are all a few decades older than me and my father is approaching his 60’s so the men I am most comfortable and have grown to trust are much older than me.
