Bonjour, messieurs-dames.
And a Happy New Year from a French-Canadian woman living in Montreal, Quebec (Canada). Hopefully, you are having a wonderful time and a joyous start to your new chapters in life. My name is Daphne (25), and I was invited to Reddit by my friend, who considered it a perfect place to expand my social circle and find what I've been looking for. When it comes to my personality, I'm a venturous and outgoing person who adores traveling and voyaging the world and someone with an inquisitorial nature for discovering and learning about new cultures and traditions. In my free time, I usually engage in social and outdoor activities like festivals, concerts, parties, swimming, hiking, and exploring the woodlands.
While I am open to meeting new people, my specific goal is to meet a traditional and knowledgeable Indian man whose residence is preferably in North America or possibly New Zealand (where I spend periods of my year). The foremost reason is the enchanting and vibrant Indian culture that captivated my attention since my early college years when I met my expat friend (whose back in her home country now) who explained the richness of her Indian culture, especially the colorful garments that I find absolutely lovely. Secondly, she showed me myriads of romantic Bollywood movies which amazed me with the amazing artistic and romantic flavors, accentuating the culture perfectly. Finally, the previously mentioned reasons are why I would like to explore the possibility of engaging in an affectionate bond with an Indian man who is willing to introduce me to his culture and enable me to expand my knowledge. Of course, I eagerly welcome other people who wish to establish a friendly connection and meet up in the future, provided we show mutual recognition and understanding.
