It's the one thing I won't settle on, I enjoy the gym and eating well - I had weight gain in Covid that was creeping up for a few years - I addressed it and lost 25kg, I am 60 kg now and aiming for 55 kg as I'm a shortie, have come along way, I'm excited to show you my results, I now want to do yoga, and lift, someone who knows there way around a gym would be nice, or simply someone encouraging would be nice to.
