I'm surprised by the amount of black women who are interested in interracial relationships/dating. I don't know if it's a more recent thing, but it's something that I've noticed more and more us as the older I get. Especially, since I caught a lot of crap for it growing up in the black community which was weird to me since I come from an extremely blended family to the point where my own mom has said, (but has since taken back). "She just wishes her sons' would marry a nice black girl". Her attitude has since changed, but it was something that stuck with me for a long time, where now she just wants her sons to be happy no matter who they are with.

It does make me happy to see this attitude towards it is changing bit by bit.
