That's my life these days, in a Haiku!

Weekend is almost upon us. Almost. I call the first three quarters of this day as FriDAY, followed by last quarter as FriYAY. Think we can all agree everyone is excited about FriYAY, regardless of how much we love our career, even when addicted to the vice of workaholism.

Who's to say romance is dead in this city? It takes one round, on the outer walk track at Jogger's Park, for that faith in romance to be restored, and cringed out by couples cosing next to No Eve Teasing sign.

So, here I’m - a dude. Can cook, but who needs cooking when you can eat steamed vegetables and Slurrp Farm's Magic Masala (because Maggie is too millennial for my taste, which is obnoxious - for being a millennial). Can hike, which is fancy way of saying that I can walk long. I’m a reluctant reader. Avid doom scroller. DIY projects often take up my weekends. And dinner with family, select few friends keeps me at bay.

If I had two children - a cat and a dog, I wouldn’t lie: doggo would have been my favorite. And that cat would have grew up with daddy issues.

I’m a big believer of zodiac signs. And after reading my prediction for today, I decided not to reveal my zodiac sign, ever.

My heart and my wallet will always be open to you. I’ll love you with my open heart. And I wouldn’t mind you stashing in pach sau ki hari patti into my wallet, every now and then.

You can be a bored housewife, and I’ll teach you how to reignite that spark of fire in your man. You can be a damsel in distress, and I’ll be the knight in shining armor, offering my ear, and asking AI as to suggestions to offer you when in distress; I’m the unpaid therapist you’d have never asked for. You can be a frustrated gf, and I can be your makeshift bf.

But if you are someone who’s unsure what she wants, and just out here to let your curiosity take a leap of faith and see where our conversation takes us - then you are just daydreaming.

And I’m the kind of guy who daydreams as well.
