Hey, I’m a dude, who now lives in Mumbai. Which part - you get to be the geoguessr to narrow down where I might hail from (I’ll drop photographic clues every now and then in our conversation)

It's a long weekend after all, well, the advisory email from last evening says, "stay-at-shelter" due to traffic congestion, rallies and whatnots. And then there's monday, the E day. I'm in mood for voice chats, or even better, to meet someone irl. Maybe we can meet as a coffee shop, and observe people sitting on tables around us - try to get their life story, or provenance. Maybe the couple two tables down are siblings, not someone on a date. Or that group of 50 year olds are gents and ladies, catching-up at Starbucks, because their kids suggested so! Or perhaps the guy behind that laptop, may seem to be focusing on his work, but he's distracted checking the chat thread, whether a given woman has seen his text, and if she did, why hasn't she replied yet??? Or maybe we can try to predict what a given person, is gonna order at the front counter - iced coffee or one of those lavish handcrafted beverages, that's glaring onto their eyes, as being today's special?

So, what do I excel at? Not Microsoft Excel. What are my interests? I can say, reading academic papers, for being a reluctant reader when it comes to fictional novellas. Music: appreciate the finer crema of rock/pop from 70s/80s. Classical music is my jam, for an accident prone commute, because I’d yawn-to-sleep in no time. I can geek you out about early history of computer science, even when it ain’t anything to do with my line of work. And when it comes to outdoors - let’s just say that I’m a traveler, not a tourist.

Can I cook? Can I hold a conversation? Am I into chai latte or peppermint latte with almond milk, ristretto with 5 pumps of peppermint, venti, EXTRA HOT, without cup holder guy? Do I walk or I run or just none?

You’ll have all your answers, if you take that leap of faith. And you can be upfront about your boundaries from early on!
