Hi, I'm Adam. :) Hoping you're a reader, because if you get to the bottom of this post and are still interested, maybe, just maybe, we're compatible. 35-year old single dad of a precocious 9-year old little man and an old-boi doggo. Let's get the immediate out of the way -- I realize everyone has at least SOME specific-type preferences, so I'll do my best to describe myself honestly.

First, my appearance: I'm caucasian, 6'0" and ~210 lbs, somewhat muscular, (though the pandemic has taken a toll on my motivation to get out and do the things I love); a dad-bod in the truest sense of the phrase. I have soft brown hair (that I love to have played with), hazel eyes, wear glasses, and typically keep a short goatee and mustache most of the time. I generally don't keep up with fashion trends, largely preferring to wear whatever is comfortable and clean; usually Under-Armor-type t-shirts & Dickies khakis. Romance: I give big, warm hugs, and find solace in intimacy, both physical and emotional. I tend to be a physical person, but that doesn't mean I don't like some solid mental stimulation. A insightful conversation is equally as satisfying to me as a night spent cuddling together. I'm a hopeless romantic; I'm not afraid to admit that I like to be soft and close with the one I love. I'd like to think I'm very honest, sometimes to a fault; I wear my heart on my sleeve, and have reaped both the rewards & the drawbacks of this at times throughout my life. I value honesty and open communication above all else.

Next, a little about my daily life: I have my own Real Estate media business, just over a year into it at this point. It's growing, slowly but organically; a huge challenge for me, as someone with an attention disorder, but so very worth it. I'm ambitious, and driven. I used to be a contract mechanical designer, and in fact, spent a decade-long career in the field. But some things are more important than a paycheck; namely, one's mental health. After a grueling 10 years of little to no advancement, I decided to take my fate into my own hands and start a business of my own. Best decision I've ever made.

I mentioned it in the beginning of the post, but I have a 9-year-old son; he's my world on the weekends. His mom and I co-parent, and have done so successfully for the last several years. He's incredibly observant and analytical, but also very sweet and caring. I'd like to think that he inherited some of both his mother's & my best qualities. He's a very well-behaved kiddo, which is certainly not something that can be said of everyone's child. He's a giant part of me, and I would not be the man I am today without his influence. I'm fiercely protective of his well-being, and will not introduce him to just anyone, so (with all due respect) please don't ask to meet him right away.

Hobbies: If you know anything about attention disorders, you probably know that people that have them, typically have a lot of hobbies to occupy themselves at different times. In my case, my primary interests include (in no particular order) movies/films, motorsports, design & fabrication, hiking, camping, off-roading, YouTube videos (watching, but hopefully making, soon), travel, driving, woodworking. You can probably tell I like to work with my hands, and spend time outdoors. I'm a GIANT Futurama nerd, and it would be cool as hell if you are too (but TOTALLY not required; I'd love to introduce you to it, if it's new for you!). Same with Archer & Bob's Burgers, actually. I like intellectually-driven humor, in-your-face or tongue-in-cheek. Video games are cool too. I partake in cannabis daily as well, so if that's something that bothers you, we may not be compatible.

Religion: I'm hard-Agnostic -- I would much prefer to be with someone who is NOT involved in organized religion. This may be a deal-breaker for some, so I feel like I should mention it, even though I place little value on religion in daily life.

Politics: Centrist. Probably closest on the spectrum to Libertarian, though I don't agree with everything THEY represent, either. I like to think that I vote using my brain, so regularly aligning with any one political party goes against my general nature.

What I'm looking for: To be completely honest? I'm not entirely sure. All I know is that I'm pretty lonely these days, and have wasted far too much effort and attention on women who have no interest in developing a meaningful relationship with me. I would love to find someone who shares some of my interests, particularly motorsports, as that is one area that I'm trying to focus more on, as time progresses. It would be nice to not have to explain why I'm buying "another motor?" someday in the future. :P Age is not a big issue for me, but if I have to provide a preferred range, then I would say between 24 and 40. If, however, you consider yourself to be a particularly emotionally mature 19-23 year old, or are a couple years older than 40 and open to dating someone younger than you, then please don't hesitate to hit me up.

I'd be a hypocrite if I said I only wanted to meet someone with a slim hourglass figure; I'm not physically perfect, and I don't expect you to be, either. Everyone has flaws and qualities that make them beautiful. That said, I will openly admit that my preferred "type" does not include BBW, so my apologies in advance, if you fit into that category -- nothing personal, but our lifestyles probably don't match up. I'm looking for a partner-in-crime, a confidante, a best friend. A confident woman in whom I can bring out the best, and who can reciprocate the measure in full. I want to meet someone who is comfortable in their own skin, regardless of color. Race is not an issue for me, as I appreciate the beauty in all races.

I'm mainly trying to find someone with their proverbial shit together. Someone who can understand that I have a life I'm living, and that becoming involved takes time, energy, and understanding, for both of us. I'd like to be with someone who is OPEN to children in the future, but for whom this is not a significant focus at this time. If we seriously click, then I will happily introduce you into, what is, the inner circle of my life. I don't care what it is that you do for work, just that you care about what you do, and are legitimately happy doing it. If you're not, I want to see your ambition to get out and do something different. Be interesting, please. I don't want to talk about the Kardashians, or what happened on The Masked Singer, or Facebook echo-chamber politics. It takes a lot more than that to stimulate me mentally.
