Being a late bloomer and a shut-in, I’d like to get out of my shell and socialize more. I don’t have any experience, so I’m fine just chatting for now or having someone to guide me with relationships. I’d like to work towards something serious if possible though.

I would consider myself down to earth and open to accepting all kinds of people. I’m also an indoors person and introvert, but I don’t mind being around other people while relaxing at home. Parties and bars aren’t my thing, but I’m fine going to conventions, museums, etc.

Ideally we’d have our own hobbies, maybe share some, and also enjoy each other’s presence with some conversation and intimacy mixed in. I’d like someone to be close with and share the intimate moments of life with.

I’m a nerd/weeb, so I have the typical interests and hobbies:

• gaming PC and Nintendo switch. I like JRPGs, PSO2, and a bit of Destiny 2. FFXIV and Genshin Impact look interesting but I haven’t made time to try them yet it seems a bit daunting. Also excited for Pokémon next month!
• Reading, mainly japanese light novels such as 86, fantasy stories, romcoms, and other non-isekai stuff
• I watch a little anime, not as much as I used to. Fan of Gundam, Spy X Family, mecha, romcoms, etc.
• Building model kits (of Gundams)
• Anime art. I really enjoy looking at it, as well as commissioning art of my OCs (who were formerly my MMO/game avatars that I’ve grown attached to). My tastes range from SFW to NSFW art.

What I’m looking for:

• Not a requirement, but would prefer my own race
• Similar age, /- a few years. <20 is fine only if you’re mature
• Similar hobbies or are passionate about your own hobbies
• Bonus points for being into art/cosplay/etc. (the NSFW kind is fine too!)
• Not into body piercings or tattoos
• I value body health, so no smoking. I understand covid hit everyone hard, so a little fat is fine, but you’re also working on losing it (i.e. not a couch potato)
