hello hello potential gym buds! your average gym noob here, trying to glow up at the moment, not just physically but also mentally :) my overall goal is to become stronger and better than my current self!
my actual gym goals: - learn how to properly lift - become more active / get in shape - improve swimming skills - grow a lil booty 🍑
please be okay with the following: - LA Fitness membership - I’m fat! (current weight: 260ish) - a lil neurotic (no brain cells) - very sweaty (sorry) - platonic only
I haven’t hit the gym consistently in a long time (or ever really) so an accountability buddy would be great too, but when I do go in my routine is usually a full-body machine circuit or cardio by swimming/treadmill.
I’m open to learning about anything and everything though when it comes to gyming and I’m trying to push myself out of my comfort zone to improve my fitness 🥲
So if you got this far, won’t try any weird or funny business, and either have a LA Fitness membership or a gym membership that allows you to bring a friend (me), then call me beep me (my millennial ass way of saying reach out) and let’s do this thang :)
