Sorry that title is just to appease the bots. But I am a huge fan of Futurama, especially senor Bender Bending Rodriguez! Truth be told I thought the show ended on a good note and while I had my misgivings about yet another revival, I was delighted by episodes 6 and 7 of the latest season. Are you still following the misadventures of the Planet Express crew, or did you call it quits after Jurassic Bark? To shreds you say? Yeah… I bawled my eyes out over that episode too, that and The Luck of the Fryish. I enjoy my humour dark like my coffee, dry like my wine and cheesy like my pizza. Let’s say we grab some? And when we do, which do you prefer Badiali’s or North of Brooklyn? Let’s agree on one thing though, definitely not Panucci’s.

A bit about me, I am 34, East Asian but most importantly I am lactose tolerant, so if pizza isn’t something you’re craving, maybe tacos and nachos with a side of guac? That’s right, I lucked out twice, cause I can appreciate the freshness of cilantro. So if you like pina coladas, singing in the rain and tacos maybe we’re a good match. I know the spot for fusion tacos, how about you bring the good company and I’ll bring the crema ;)

Hobbies I enjoy include attending live comedy shows. In light of Just for Laughs filing for bankruptcy, I’ve been fortunate with a lot of my favourite comics visiting Toronto this year. The most recent show I got to see was KC Shornima and she killed it! She’s not as offensive as Anthony Jeselnik, but if dark quirky humor is up your alley, I cannot recommend her enough. Highlights thus far include seeing Geoffrey Asmus, Gianmarco Soresi and Jeff Arcuri with Jeff’s show being my favourite so far. I tend to enjoy smaller venues rather than the large halls, there’s just something special about a cozy packed room. I’m a sit next to you sorta guy, not a sit across from you kind. Sitting next to you gives me ample opportunity to misbehave. I have fond memories of checking out Andrea Jin’s show at the Garrison last year and then running into her on Baldwin Street – yes I fanboyed and asked for a photo, maybe I’ll share it for verification. 

Simple pleasures I indulge in on a weekend involves a Saturday morning walk to St. Lawrence Market to grab a bite and enjoy it at my favourite spot in Berczy Park. I loved running by the area during the pandemic and am overjoyed that Toronto finally has a public space that invites you to sit and enjoy the ambience. In fact, I’m so fond of this park that in the summer months I sneak out for an extended lunch during work hours and enjoy my meal there. Psst don’t tell my boss or maybe you’ve seen me there, I’m the 5’8 Asian fella in glasses =P Fridays there are particularly great when a busker comes out to play some classical tunes on his piano adding to the vibe. The fountain is absolutely magical in the evenings when it lights up. Lemme know if you wanna meet there! The beef khao soi at the Sukhothai next door is one of my favourites. No peanut allergies here either!

I am located downtown Toronto near a major subway station and am able to travel or host. I am a clean individual by nature and nurture. I’ve been told my place looks like a 2014 IKEA showroom; I’m all about that minimalistic monochromatic aesthetic – only 3 shades of grey here although I’m open to adding more if you are ;) The couch has been broken in and makes for a great place to start.

I’m looking for a friend with benefits, a nice gal that is looking for a cocktail of good laughs, food and recreational cardio. If we get down with the horizontal cardio, maybe some vertical; fair warning, I love to tease during foreplay with pleasure denial pushing you to your limit before acquiescing.
