I recently started fitness training, and right now I’m working on improving my running speed and upper body strength.
I’m also currently studying for my career and am aiming to study for a minimum of 2 hours every day.
As of now, I run around 11~12 minutes per mile, and I want to get down to 6~7 minutes per mile for a distance of 5 miles. (I’m tryna run from my inner demons. jklolkindanotjk..) Eventually I plan on running marathons, starting next year. Of course when I run marathons it’ll be at a slower pace.
Strength wise, I’ve never been able to do a proper push up in my life lmfao. I want to be able to do 30 proper push ups in one rep. And I want to eventually get to being able to do 20 pull ups in one rep.
I know I’m setting my goals very high. But hey, shoot for the moon and you’ll land amongst the stars, right?
My current H/W stats are: Height - 5’7” Weight - 130 lbs
I want to lose 10~15 lbs but my appetite has greatly increased since I started exercising a lot so I’ve been gaining weight. And it doesn’t help that I’m a huge foodie that loves to eat anything and everything hahah. Would love some motivation and tips on the nutrition/diet front as well, lol.
I work part time and my work schedule is very flexible, so thankfully I have time to go for a run or hit the gym and to study every day.
