Hi there! First off, I’m glad the title intrigued you enough to want to click on the post. Fair warning, this is going to be a long one for I am a writer (or at least I used to be) and write I shall.

Now this here, is a letter written straight from the heart. Completely unabashed & unfiltered. And I’m really hoping it reaches the right person. If you’re still reading, maybe it’s you? Well, keep going to find out.

To give you an idea of what I'm looking for – I feel like I have a lot of love to give but currently no one to give it to. I got out of a really long-term relationship a few months ago. And I think my heart is finally ready to let someone in again.

I’m NOT looking for a rebound (I love love too much to indulge in rebounds)

I miss having someone to care for, someone to feed, someone to watch movies with, someone to hold.

Who am I? Great question!

I'm a guy who wears his heart on his sleeve. I like to think of myself as very genuine and I love keeping it real. I do not play games. I'm also very unapologetic about who I am. That's not to say that I just sit and accept my shortcomings. No, sir!

I like to constantly work on myself and I'm actually enroute to some serious self-improvement.

Not to toot my own horn but I am also very well-mannered, extremely articulate and quite the gentleman.

Quick question. What do you think about a man with a deep, calming, clear yet slightly gravelly voice? Well, if you like the sound of that (pun intended) you'll probably appreciate my many voice notes.

As mentioned earlier, I used to work as a writer. But I quit that line of work about a year ago. Even though I liked my job and was quite good at it, the industry I worked in seemed extremely toxic to say the least. I pivoted and thank God I did because I fucking love my job today. Safe to say that I'm one of those people who really love what they do!

I like to think of myself as a hard worker. I’m also fairly ambitious.

Do I have any hobbies? Not really. I'm super boring like that.

Kidding! Truth be told, there’s a lot that I love doing. I'm quite artistic actually however not in the conventional sense.

I am a musician / percussionist. I play the congas, bongos, djembe, but my main chick is the drums. I have a little music studio of my own where I practice my weekends away. I play in a couple local bands too to improve my skills and also just have fun!

I sing as well, but I wouldn't bet my money on it if you know what I mean. Yeah, I'm not very good at singing but I love it so sue me?

I fucking love to cook, and I’ve been working in the kitchen for almost two decades now. My love for cooking is actually only superseded by my love for feeding. I could even cook for my archnemesis without ever trying to poison their food. Enough said?

Apart from that, I'm really big on movies. Quite the cinephile actually, if I'm allowed to sound pretentious. I'm pretty sure I've seen movies from every country, in every language. I especially like horror. So, if you're into it too, you're going to have some great recommendations coming your way!

A little fact about me: I’ve never sent unsolicited dick pics to anybody and I plan on keeping it that way. So rest assured.
