Hello hello! My name is Edward, born and raised in NYC yet I'm an introverted homebody that doesn't take advantage of the city-that-never-sleeps lifestyle. I've got major "Cat" energy; a bit quiet and shy around new people at first, but I open up pretty well to the ones that give me time and space. I get overwhelmed with social interactions a little easily, so don't take it personal if I don't respond right away or seem very engaged. I usually do my best to try to match energy! I work the overnight shift so I'm around for late night chats. Tell me how your day went while I get mine started?

Some things I'm interested in:

Movies - Sci-fi, horror (especially for spoopy season!), slow burn thrillers, Marvel and other comic book movies. I do like the occasional rom-com like "Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist" which reminds me of my highschool and college days, or "Playing It Cool" (Chris Evans, what's not to love?).

Shows - More or less the same (sci-fi and comic book related); Stranger Things, The Boys, The Mandalorian, Harley Quinn, Loki. I'm not the biggest on anime but the last thing I watched was "My Dress-up Darling" because I'm into cosplay. I'm currently rewatching Smallville and I'm almost done, need something else to obsess over!

Games - Multiplayer games like L4D2, Phasmophobia, Remnant From The Ashes, GTFO, SWTOR. Singleplayer games like Dragon Age Origins, Mass Effect, Marvel's Spider-Man, Final Fantasy 7 (OG and Remake), Cyberpunk 2077.

Music taste varies a LOT; Machine Gun Kelly, Eminem, Linkin Park, All American Rejects, Black Veil Brides, EDM playlists on YouTube. I also listen to a lot of movie trailer music, they usually do a good job of hyping me up and making me feel excited.

Cosplay! I used to cosplay a bit, mostly as Spider-Man back when I had the body for spandex, and Joker because I loved playing around with makeup. It would be amazing to find a partner I could do this with, I miss it so much.

Currently trying to find someone (preferably local) that I like enough to let them steal my geeky hoodies or t-shirts. I think I'm demisexual with a strong preference for "F"? My preferences and attractions for a romantic partner can be all over the place sometimes so idk feel free to shoot your shot.
