Hi, I am looking for someone to go on dates with to places like the ROM, Science Center, Wonderland, and places like those. I am bored of staying home all the time and going to these places would be more fun with someone rather than going alone. The dates would always be in public spaces, no offense or anything but we would both be strangers on the internet to one another and being in a public place would make us both feel safer.

I want to be upfront about what I'm looking for. Firstly, this is reddit so I don’t really have any expectations of finding my “soulmate” or a serious relationship here. We could end up having one but I don’t want to put that expectation on it. If we click we can go on more dates to more places, and if not we can just enjoy the one we go on as a one time thing. Also I don’t have much experience with dates, in fact, I have only ever been on one official date before, and let's just say it was a bit confusing. We ended up in a weird space between friends and something more, which led to mixed signals. So, to avoid any misunderstandings, I would like to discuss what we are looking for, what our boundaries are, and what we're comfortable with before we go on any dates. We don’t have to go on an in depth discussion but I would like to have at least a basic discussion of those. I mainly just want to hold hands, walk arm in arm or with our arms around each other, and cheesy shit like that.

I guess I should talk a bit about myself a bit. I am an average looking guy. Black hair, brown eyes, a short beard, average height(either 5’10 or 5’11 for those of you who need to know the exact height), a bit chubby but I am working on losing that. I am south asian, though I grew up here, and I am Muslim. I enjoy reading, my favorite series right now is probably Stormlight Archive. I used to watch a lot of TV shows, anime, and movies but nowadays I usually just watch Youtube or Twitch. I don’t know much else to say to describe me. I love new technology. I’m a mix of an introvert and extrovert which adds an interesting dynamic to my character. I do experience a bit of social anxiety, but once we start chatting, it tends to fade away. I’m not really that good at describing myself but we can get to know one another better when we do the date/s.
