I have actually met a couple of women from the subreddit! Honestly you have to keep in mind that they get a 100s of messages, and a lot of harassment. You can stand out if you state your intentions, have a short intro telling about yourself (2-3 sentences), being a little patient and of course a little luck. Wish you good luck.
