What ways do you verify if an account is real on here?

I want to ask this because of there are now more and more accounts on this subreddit that are either fake or OF related. I’ve been struggling and maybe others have on trying to figure out if the account they see or start talking to is real or not. I was also wondering how one might go about in trying to verify the account they’re talking to being real. Maybe the subreddit should introduce a verification system but of course that might affect those who want to be discreet and private. Anyway happy to hear what others have to say on this issue.
