30 [M4F] last night in town, show me the sights?

Coming up to the end of my trip here in Sydney so I thought I'd give this one last crack. Would love to get chatting and meet up with someone tonight for drinks and more (if we're feeling up for it).
Me:
- 30 M Australian born Chinese, living in Melbourne.
- 5'11"/180 cm, broad shouldered, work out enough to not look like a hot mess, but also enjoy life (read: food) enough to not have abs. Bespectacled and clean shaven, black hair usually worn slicked back.
- Doctor (fulfilling stereotypes) trying to navigate an admittedly high stress job, only another COVID denier away from packing shop and moving to Alaska.
- Fully vaccinated, DDF, non-smoker.
What I'm looking for/what I can offer:
- Mainly a drinking partner so I don't look like an alcoholic sitting at the bar by myself. If it gets there, a once off, NSA connection (unless you're coming down to Melbourne anytime soon).
- An open mind. I am in a relationship and have my reasons for seeking this out. I'm not looking for judgement (please). Bonus points if you're in a similar situation.
- At the very least, I offer good banter.
