So, there's this grunge cover band that I've seen on Kurt Cobain's death anniversary (this year, it happened with a screening of a documentary on his life at Hayden Orpheum) and I really liked them. They have another "5-for-1" show coming up on August 24 and I'd like to see them again, hopefully with company!

HMU if you'd like to go for other (budget-friendly) gigs in general. I moved to Sydney about a year ago and so far I've seen Peach Pit and Hybrid Theory. Also, a couple of shows by @sofarsydney, but I found them to be a little underwhelming compared to the other (Indian) editions I've been to. 😬 Also open to non-sober karaoke hangs. 👀
