So 2024 is the year where I’m going to put myself out there in the dating world and see what it has to offer.
I’m not a fan of the current conventional dating scene where people base their want or desire to be with you solely based on looks. I find people lack a kind of drive, enthusiasm or effort on the known dating sites and the conversations seem rather lacklustre and surface level.
I honestly crave a deep connection with a person I intend on spending the rest of my life with. A relationship where we have the ability to share the simplest of things in life, but also the complexities of what makes us, us. I’m ready to learn about my person, everything there is to know & I’d hope in return we can spend a lifetime learning about each other, experiencing life together, creating memories, enjoying each others company, going on adventures and creating a comfort where even sitting in silence together for a period of time feels just right.
I’ve done a decent amount of soul searching & made changes in my life to become a better version of myself & happier. Life is too short to be constantly miserable & I’ve learnt that, haha it only took me 30 years!
