Somewhat recently single and as many do I get way out of shape towards the end of a relationship. I tend to gain and lose weight pretty easily, so having someone to help keep me on track would make a huge difference.
I think adding some fun “rewards” as I hit milestones would make the process even more enjoyable and motivating.
A bit about me:
- I’m 35, white, 5'10 and around 220lbs. (Jesus that added up quick)
- Strong but obviously got way fatter, still think I'm good looking though lol
- Generally pretty athletic and can still keep up my cardio
- Clean and tested
- Live alone, but do have pets
- My goal is to around 30-40lbs by mid April.
- Work as a consultant mostly remotely but do travel on occasion
