Recently been imagining scenarios where another bro(s) and I get competitive about our sexual and physical abilities or traits and it escalates into betting on who busts the bigger nut. Maybe there is a monetary or poker-like prize with a buy in to solidify our confidence? Or create stakes for the loser that to salt the wound and further humble the loser? A risk-reward element to heighten the tension and nerves. Not really looking or wanting direct sexual contact, though not fully against something especially if it's part of the bet.
How we compare results could be as private as keeping our backs to each other and just weighing spent condoms nothing else seen or done, or us staying side by side so supervising that everything is above board.
Ideally looking for a competitive, friendly pre-game trash-talking vibe. If you're masculine this could be "who's the better/ real man" argument, and if you aren't, this could be your rebuttal how "looking/acting masculine is just an overcompensation". Dick measuring /pissing contest type idea.
