Hi!

Long story short, I'm looking for a partner. What I've really been missing is the emotional intimacy another person can bring. I miss going out on dates, road trips, museums, movies, snuggling together at night, trying new restaurants together. I miss having someone to share silly memes with, share how my day is going, complain about the dumb things that annoy me. I miss being there for someone else, helping them through their day, buying them little gifts when I see something that reminds me of them.

So why just "casual" dating or a friend with benefits situation? Why not something more serious? A couple of reasons honestly. The first is that my lease is up next spring and I'm not sure I'll be staying in Seattle, so I don't want anything serious. Secondly is that the last couple of serious relationships I was in ended in some pretty serious heartbreak, for me and for her. So I'd like to avoid that too.

What would I like then? Like I said, something casual. Whether that is dating or simply friends with emotional and physical intimacy. Someone I can talk to, do things with, go to sporting events or restaurants or walks or late night drives or watch movies together. Someone who is also craving that emotional and physical intimacy with another person.

So here's some about me: I'm 28, 6'4" tall, and I live alone in north Seattle. I am fairly nerdy. I love reading, especially literature classics and anything historical. I also love movies, especially horror, sci-fi, noir, and "old" movies. There is just something about old movies I love: the sound, the color. I like hiking and camping, walks around the city, road trips, museums, late night drives, sunsets, star gazing, the ocean, arguing about stupid things, UFOs, ghosts, and the paranormal, and lots more. I would love to find someone who would like to share in those with me, as well as bring her own hobbies and interests to teach and share with me.

I'm not sure how sexual I want to get in this post, but my post history has some more... graphic interests of mine, and I'd be happy to get into those over chat too. I would like to find someone who wants to be physically intimate as well.
