With wine geekery you often get smashed over the head with the idea of food-wine pairings. Red with this, white with that, beaujolais with blank, bordeaux with whatever, etc etc etc.
What about wine pairings with our different city fall vibes? What goes well with a crispy chilly blue sky evening? What would you choose for the "8 hours of the same grey color drizzle" classic day? Wind and rain storm late into the night type wine? Prefect go-to for fall evening stew dinners?
