Introduction. Professionally, I work as a scientist and have succeeded academically (my work has been cited about 1,000 times) and in the business world. While I've made good friends dating online, I've yet to find the one person I truly connect with.
I love camping, hiking, climbing, and swimming in clean (at least by WA standards) lakes. I've collected far too many topographical maps than is healthy. I'm an avid reader with a soft spot in my heart for good mid-20th-century fiction. I also have a couple of plants that I've kept alive for many years. My Toro blueberries came out very well last summer, but let's not talk about what happened to the bush over the winter :(
On TV, I'm happy to watch whatever my partner would like (although I reserve the right to make fun of it.) I've loved watching Succession, and I am sad it's ending. I am, of course, happy House Hunters International will never end.
Physically, I'm 5'7", svelte, and with a swimmer's body. While I spend most of my day in front of a laptop, I try to do something active about five times a week, and my appearance reflects that.
Location: Cap Hill. Yeah, I said it.
You are quick-witted and can develop a good rapport. You know how to ask for what you want, receive it gracefully, and still look out for me. You care about your mental and physical health and want to better those around you. If you've heard of an FLR and want to discuss it, happy to chat.
Tell me about your favorite foods. I've been getting into making baked brie lately, which can be beyond delicious even when not done perfectly. After much experimentation, I've perfected my mojito recipe. If you've made it this far, ask me for it. I also have a unique riff on a Pina Colada.
