No experience is necessary; the motivated candidate will be trained to compliance with standards. Attitude is everything, and those willing to start at the bottom and slowly work their way to the top will find their efforts rewarded. Candidates should have an appetite for handling a sizable portfolio.
Must excel at the mental and physical aspects of taking hands-on direction from a demanding leader. The right candidate will find pleasure in being mentored, challenged, and in some instances, strongly disciplined by a mature and thoughtful executive sponsor. Communication is key, with a high value placed on oral skills, as well as vocal and enthusiastic feedback.
Warning: at times, working conditions can be hazardous. Workspace is slippery when wet, especially during face to face ideation sessions. As this role will be demanding, physical fitness is an advantage. Rest assured, your health and safety are a chief concern, and the utmost restraint will be exercised on your behalf. Additionally, snacks are always on hand.
