Hi ladies! To get the important stuff out of the way, I’m a 32 year old single caucasian man looking for a similarly single & unattached woman for a monogamous connection. To get things started and give you an idea of who I am, I have many bear-like traits; I am big, hairy, and startled by loud noises. I love food, naps, and anything that scratches my back just right. I prefer the chill and relaxed vibe, but I am intensely protective of ‘my’ people. I like quiet time alone or with my partner, but can handle adventures here and there as well. Unlike a bear I’m very much a monogamous person, only looking for one lady to spend my time with! I am all about that exclusivity, intimacy and passion within a relationship. 

To be transparent, I have been celibate for a long time. Unfortunately I was in a serious relationship and lost my partner to cancer. I took time to come to grips with this, and during the main covid years I wasn’t in the local dating scene as I was taking care of my immediate family, primarily my senior mother. I’ve had a few long-distance relationships in that time, but nothing in person. Through Reddit I have met some truly amazing women, just not a partner. Yet. 

I do not have any preferences when it comes to race or anything like that. I generally find people who are HWP or leaning curvy to be very attractive. I strongly believe that open communication, honesty and transparency are the cornerstones of a strong relationship and help deepen our shared passion & intimacy. My dream date night is simply sharing a meal over a movie or board game. Throw some cats and dogs into the cuddle pile and I’m even happier! I’m easy to please!

In a partner I find intelligence, passion & curiosity to be very attractive traits. I grew up loving heroines like Sigourney Weaver’s Ripley & Linda Hamilton as Sarah Connor. Accents, giggles and hair I can play with are all very welcome. Ideally you’ll be within a few years of my age, and a few hours from the EST timezone if long-distance. Frequent communication is important to me, with a preference towards voice calls sooner than later. 

I value the simple and nerdy things in life, and would rather find my person to spend my life with rather than living a life of comfort and privilege. Board game nights, movie marathons, seeing the new museum exhibit and painting miniatures makes me a happy man. My dream is to open an animal sanctuary or hobby farm that could double as a human therapy center.
