Is it just me, or do dating apps feel like a never-ending loop of swipe, chat, ghost, repeat? Maybe I've aged out of the core demographic (I am over 40, after all), or maybe I’m just looking for something these apps don’t seem to offer.
So, here I am, giving Reddit a shot, for better or worse. I’m relatively new to the online dating scene, and while I'm not located downtown, I am just 45 minutes north of the city. I’m hoping to meet someone local-ish, but I don’t mind a bit of a commute for the right connection.
A bit about me: I’m tall (6'3"), take good care of myself, and have a fulfilling career. More importantly, I’m looking to make a meaningful connection with one person.
Perhaps I'll have better luck here than I've had elsewhere? Fingers crossed!
