I’m looking for one or rotating two reliable and dedicated home fitness buddies for three, weekly 60-90 minute structured workouts.
One evening after work, 7 pm, Thursday or Friday morning or afternoon (before 6pm), or Sunday morning or afternoon before 4 pm.
Fitness notebook is chockfull of circuit workouts, plus my YouTube and IG saved files for variety.
Warmup, workout, and cooldown. Somatic recovery and healing. Get and remain limber throughout winter and into the spring and summer.
Guided meditation, visualization, and two-stage pranayama breath work.
Clothed workout. Nude for cooldown, stretching, meditation, and breath work. You’ll need an exercise or yoga mat.
