Hi, everyone!
I hope you're all doing well. As the title suggests, all I'm looking for is a relationship and a meaningful connection with that special woman.
Here's a little bit more about me: I'm Black and 6'3". I consider myself an ambivert and tend to find a balance between enjoying my alone time and thriving in social settings. I'm always open to new experiences and love immersing myself in the hobbies and interests of others, while also sharing my own passions.
When I'm not working as a graphic designer, you can often find me indulging in casual gaming or immersing myself in comic books. I'm also a comic book artist at heart and enjoy expressing myself creatively. Besides that, I enjoy watching movies and TV shows, exploring different cuisines, honing my archery skills on the weekends, and going for leisurely walks around the city to discover hidden gems. I should mention that sports aren't really my cup of tea, though.
I moved to Brooklyn almost a decade ago and reside in my own apartment in Bushwick. On a responsible note, I'm fully vaccinated and have received my booster shots.
Now, when it comes to what I'm seeking, I'm interested in meeting someone around my age who live in New York City. However, I want to be upfront—I’m not interested in getting married at this point in my life. It just doesn't seem worth it right now, though I’m open to changing my mind in the future. I’m definitely open to living together and building a life that way. And long-distance or online relationships aren't quite what I'm aiming for and I don't see that changing, no matter how often we travel. (Please don't respond if you're outside the city limits of NYC. That includes Jersey and Long Island. I cannot stress this enough.)
I'm an Atheist. I identify as straight (or cis-het if you prefer) and my primary love language is quality time, closely followed by acts of service. Side note: I give great forehead kisses and bear hugs. I actually look forward to giving those. Also, and probably most importantly, I'm looking for a monogamous relationship, not just a friendship, and I'm hoping you're looking for the same if you're responding. I just can't really make a commitment off of "let's just see where it goes." I don't want to waste anyone's time by hanging around, only to not be ready to date later.
I'd love to get to know you better, so why not start by sharing a few interesting things about yourself, like what book you happen to be reading right now? Let's talk and see where this exciting journey takes us.
I'm looking forward to hearing from you!
