Hey midtown east couple here. Trying to find a personal trainer for the wife and thought this would be a place to look as well lol. We are both about 5'9". She is about 160 lbs and looking to slim down a bit. After trying to do some training together we both realized she would rather listen to someone else. Plan A is to go to the gym and find a personal trainer through there. But plan C is seeing who's on reddit that is fit and could have the proper certifications.
