I would like to lose at least 80 lbs. before my 30th birthday this summer, but I struggle with bouts of binge eating and a prior foot injury/hardware that prohibits me from doing high intensity cardio for too long. I would love to find someone who is willing to work with me and/or whip me into shape because I lack self control with eating when Iām stressed.
