Hey there so basically I've let myself get into a bad routine and now im lucky to end up at the gym more than twice a week when i would normally go atleat 4 to 5 times in the past. I've been hitting the gym for quite a few years now so i'm not really looking for advice but more just someone to help keel me motivated, I'd be more than happy to help someone out who is just starting to work out or someone to train with on occassion. I also love going for walks which i count as excercise if you're not much of a gym goer.
About me... im 26 years old and live alone, i love to experiment with cooking and am a sucker for a might in with a good movie and a blanket. If you check my profile you will fond some NSFW content but that is not what im looking for with this post.
About you... anyone over the age of 18 who is either a regular gym goer or someone interested in including some excercise into their routine
