34 [M4F] help me talk to woman

Hi, so to start off with this has taken alot for me to post.
I have only ever had one relationship in my life (13 to 28). We broke up a few years back and unfortunately due to some health issues i didnt get my self back out there.
Now i am finding it very hard and nerve racking, the idea of even trying to talk to a femal le gives me a panic attack. I am a very passive guy i am also high functioning autistic.
I am looking for a females to talk to that are willing to be patient with me and help me with some banter and just getting comftable with general conversation. Ideally some one from 28 - 50 years of age.
