About me.
They used to say life begins at forty and now here I am. Despite this I'm a lot more isolated these days, mostly due to my small circle of friends being very busy with their young families and careers. Whilst we still catch up it's now few and far between, it would be nice to make some new friends to chat with and share in some fun activities. I'm professionally employed, live alone, have a very cute dog and I enjoy reading, gaming, cooking, current affairs and gardening to name a few things.
What I offer.
I'm looking to find like minded people to chat with and all being well, participate in fun activities together. I have a wide variety of interests including but not limited to politics, economics, history, cooking, current events, art, science and gaming. I'd love to find people to chat with about these things and anything else in general, plus it would be great to head out to events and things as well. Plus I have a gorgeous dog who everyone loves, and I'm sure you will too. At the least I'd like to offer someone to just have a good fun chat with.
What I'm looking for.
Nice and fun people to chat with about any of the above and more. Plus going out for fun activities and trying things I haven't before. Being a single straight guy, I would also be open to exploring any connections the above might present with a single lady if we feel there might be some romantic potential. While that would be really nice, that's not the main reason I'm here. I'm open to all kinds of people but probably not those who are ultra conservative.
