Hey there,

I’m trying to up my regularity at the gym to counteract the hours at a desk. I usually train later in the evening. I’m currently working through the StrongLifts program and aiming for a 5k race later in the year, but I’m happy to mix up my training.

I go to anytime fitness and can hit up any of the branches in the CBD.

What I’m looking for: someone to work out with, a bit of company and chat while exercising. The company helps with motivation.

About me : 170cm, likes tech, books, languages,bjj, pretty easy going and generally enjoys a good chat about pretty much anything

You: Any age is fine, it would be cool if we enjoy similar things.
