Hello hello! I’ve got a genuine and multifaceted question that I’d like some assistance with. How does a guy make friends and get into a relationship nowadays?? I’d moved to Melbourne in 2019 and soon after covid struck so I haven’t had the opportunity to really socialise. My academic program picked up after and with work as well I got quite career focussed. Now pretty much every woman I meet is already in a relationship, some are even married. I’ve got a fair few mates at uni although we just hangout within a uni context, they’ve got their own social groups outside of uni and I’d like something like that too. It sucks to miss out and I hope it’s not too late to start!
About me: 183cm, 74kg postgrad student living in the Northern Suburbs. I’m intelligent, analytical, empathetic and pretty fun. Although I’m kinda shy at first and take a little time to open up. Cooking, hiking, reading, sketching and horror movies are some of the things I enjoy and I’m always open to try new experiences.
What I offer: great conversation, exciting experiences, lots of bad jokes, teasing, deep conversations, a good emotional connection and a decent addition and plus one to social groups and events.
What I’m looking for: a friend or a social group to enjoy and get new experiences with. Someone to have fun discussions, visit the markets, share a laugh and make good memories with. Someone between 18-40yo would be splendid as I’m easy to get along with (and I do have a few older friends). It’d be great if we could explore a potential relationship as well.
