Hello! I’m a 25 year old Australian girl who is looking to make some local friends, since I’ve drifted away from all the people I went to school and university with.

Interests and hobbies: - Reading (fantasy/romance genres and manga mostly) - Writing (fantasy and romance stuff mostly, but it would be amazing to make more writer friends if this is also a hobby of yours) - Music (mostly K-pop and other Korean music, as well as anime openings/endings and fantasy instrumental stuff while I’m writing) - Animals (I work at a pet store and run puppy school classes. Zoo trip anyone?) - AFL (bonus points if you’re a Geelong supporter) - Video games (I used to play them a lot, mostly Nintendo Switch stuff and Genshin Impact. I lost my gaming group so if you have games recs or think you can get me back into gaming, let me know! I also have a PC). - I’ve never played it, but am also interested in Dungeons and Dragons - I love going out and trying new food places, and would also be keen on eventually going to museums or galleries and other stuff like that once I’m comfortable with you)

Some things to note: - I have a boyfriend and am purely looking for friends and connections at a platonic level. - I live near Melbourne, so would ideally like to chat with other people who can easily meet up in Melbourne, if we seem to vibe well. - I’m pretty introverted and have a limited social battery, as well as working full time so if we did get to the point of meeting in person, I could only do it once a month or even once every couple of months. - If you’re part of a group, that would also be awesome as I just had a wonderful experience going out to eat food with a group and it was seriously some of the best fun with new friends I’ve had in a long time. - If you’ve read this far, include the word “firework” somewhere in your message :)
