Hey all, I’m just going through a rough patch and came here from Sydney for a tiny break from reality. It’s my first time here in Melbourne, so I wish I’d made the decision to come here for a better reason to better enjoy this amazing city. But well, since I’m here now, I’m hoping to make good use of my time and meet some new folks.
Anyhoo… A little about me / my beliefs: - Small sized, typical human-shaped female with long hair - Always getting my ID checked - Reasonable intelligence, shocking coordination skills - Cats are the superior life form but dogs are nice too - Ambivert and a little shy but no filter in front of people I know - Have a degree related to listening to people’s stories non-judgmentally and working full-time in a related field - Speak three languages, some spoken better than others - Love travelling, road trips, board games, Netflix while eating takeaway in bed, dad jokes, rainy stay-in nights - Dislike crowds, cumin, people changing lanes without signalling, adulting
What I’m looking for: Someone between 25-35 (preferably), who is well-spoken and also has reasonable intelligence level, to meet with to exchange a story or two over coffee/tea, go for a walk together, show me around a little, sit by the lake and feed some ducks, or whatever else (pending the weather of course). I generally do better with people who are introverted.
What I offer: A little bit of company, a listening ear, potential friendship, someone you can hang out with when you visit Sydney/visit you here again/meet you in between. Tell me a fun fact or weird fact about yourself, what you enjoy doing, your favourite movie, your best dad joke. If you have a deep dark secret that’s been eating at you, happy for you to offload it onto me, I promise I won’t judge and have never blackmailed anyone.
If we hit it off, we could celebrate the spark of a new ongoing friendship. If not, a big thank you anyway for passing through my life and for spending a tiny fraction of yours with me.
Oh fyi, I’m currently staying close to the city and will likely remain here for another week.
Thanks for reading! :)
